Tax allowance for company outings
With all the enthusiasm for team spirit and team building, as an employer you won’t want to lose sight of the tax side of things. Remember the tax-free allowance for company outings and corporate celebrations of 110 euros per employee. This allowance applies to up to two events per year.

Typically, one to two weeks of planning time is sufficient. During peak season (May-September and November-December), however, we recommend at least four weeks’ notice to ensure your preferred date and concept are available.
For all outdoor events, we offer an optional bad weather protection: we reserve materials in advance for an indoor alternative so that your event can run smoothly even in the rain. In case of extreme weather conditions, events can be rescheduled easily.
Our company outings can be booked and carried out throughout Germany. The offering may vary slightly depending on the location. Simply get in touch – we’ll be happy to advise you on the options in your region.
Yes! As an employer, you can claim a tax-free allowance of 110 euros per employee per corporate event – up to twice a year. Many of our concepts are priced within this range. If the costs exceed the threshold, only the amount above it is taxable.
