It started with a simple observation: in too many companies, people work side by side without truly knowing or understanding one another. We wanted to change that.
What began in 2010 as a passion project in the suburbs of Berlin is now our life’s work: bringing people together, building bridges, and turning coworkers into real teams.

Founded with a green vision
younited® was founded with the vision of sustainably strengthening teams through events.
Our website has been running on 100% green energy since day one2015
Expansion & Growth
Expansion into additional federal states and over 10,000 event participants reached.
Launch of our tree-planting programme: one tree per event2017
Social Commitment
Growing customer base and expansion of our event portfolio across Germany.
We donate €1,200 to Hilfe für Labortiere e.V. for animal welfare2020
Innovation in crisis
