Our team welcomes you at the playing field and sets the mood for the tournament. The Kubb fields are already set up and waiting for you. There's a touch of Scandinavian flair in the air.
You learn the Kubb rules, practice throwing technique, and hear about the tournament format. No prior knowledge needed – after a few practice throws, you'll have the hang of it. Our trainers also show you the most important tactical tricks.
Over multiple rounds, teams compete in tournament format. Each match brings new tactical challenges and the path to the king gets more exciting with every round. On the sidelines, there's cheering, nail-biting, and the occasional demand for a rematch – real tournament atmosphere.
Tournament results are announced and the winning team is celebrated in style. Our host recaps the best throws and most dramatic turning points. A conclusion with Scandinavian dignity.
Group photo and a relaxed wrap-up. Anyone who wants can play one last honorary round on the Kubb field.

Kubb is a Scandinavian throwing game where two teams try to knock down the opponent’s wooden blocks with batons. At the end, the king in the middle must be hit. It’s easy to learn but has surprisingly deep tactics.
Not at all. The rules are explained at the start and you get practice time. Kubb thrives on everyone getting into it quickly – whether beginner or pro.
Each Kubb field requires about 5 x 8 meters. Depending on team size, we set up multiple fields in parallel. A flat grass area is ideal.
In light rain, we keep playing with rain ponchos – that’s part of the outdoor experience. In severe weather, we offer an indoor alternative program.
The Kubb tournament works for groups of various sizes. We adapt the tournament schedule to your number of participants so everyone gets enough playing time and the competition stays exciting.
